Seeing as my username is suggestive of my blog relating to fitness, I should actually post regarding fitness at least some of the times. So here it goes! First fitness post; If you’re looking for a new quad-dominant compound move or have trouble squatting, the sumo deadlift is the way to go. Out of all deadlift variations, it is the most quad activating, & out of all quad compounds, it is the safest for the back. Place feet shoulder-width apart, & grip the barbell between your legs, pull through your heels, & keep your body behind the bar. Lower slowly & repeat. Enjoy!
