I don’t normally upload lifting logs, but today went rather well, so I feel compelled to. And most likely never do so again. Baring in mind that almost everyone I follow is a powerlifter, my bodybuilding lifting stats are quite laughable :L But, here goes!
Compound day (All 5 sets of 6 reps):
Flat barbell bench - 70kg (154lbs)
Olympic back squats - 90kg (198lbs)
Deadlift - 130kg (286lbs)
Overhead barbell press - 40kg (88lbs)
Yates barbell rows - 60kg (132lbs)
Then I finished with biceps and triceps accessory work. Hopefully I can keep up these numbers on the next compound day.
